The great leatherback turtle

Wildlife Animals 2015,
The great leatherback turtle has my vote as the most astounding creature on earth.

Like the other remaining types of marine turtle, it cleared out its four-footed area forerunners more than one hundred ten million years prior, created flippers, and populated the Seven Seas -before there were Seven Seas. Truly before the Seven Seas.

Mother Earth was an altogether different place route in those days.

Despite the fact that people check out at the world and surmise that the streams, gulches, and mountains we see today have dependably been there, nothing could be more distant from reality. For instance, today's forceful Himalayas, with their tallest mountain on the planet, Mount Everest, were not compelling at all when turtles initially entered the seas. The reason? They didn't even exist that long back. For sure, it would be an additional 65,000,000 years prior to the power of the crash between the subcontinent of India and Asia pushed them to the sky.

Not just were there not Seven Seas yet, there were just two supercontinents. The southern supercontinent is called "Gondwana" which contained today's Africa, South America, Antarctica, Australia, Arabia, and India, and the sky is the limit from there.
