The titan panda, viewed as one of China's National Treasures, is nearly termination. Today there are less than 1,000 titan pandas living on the planet. The goliath panda is the image of eco-ecological protection. Guests to China can see this isolated creature in Sichuan Province's Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. Living Fossils

Scientistss have found fossil remains that demonstrate that more than 8 million years prior progenitors of the goliath panda were living in China. That is the motivation behind why the titan panda is has been called one of China's "living fossil" by history specialists.

The goliath panda's lifespan in the wild is obscure, however in bondage they normal over 20 years.
